Some of us love to do cardio. Unfortunately, some of us have knee injuries that prevent us from continuing our love for for the pavement. 

Luckily for us, alternative methods have been created to get our heart rate up. One of the many alternative methods is the “elliptical” This Particular machine reduces the impact greatly, giving you a comfortable cardio workout. 

If its not comfortable enough for you, try widening your stance to reduce the weight you put on your knees. Safely place your feet comfortably on the outer regions of the pedals to achieve this stance. 

There is always a risk but there is always a way to mitigate that risk.
