Back in the day pregnancy and fitness did not mix. It was believed that a woman should just eat as healthy as possible and take it easy on her body. A few years down the road, things changed. Being physically fit is not only good for the Mommy to be, it is awesome for the unborn baby.

Staying active during your (future)pregnancy can have major positive benefits for your awesome experience.
