Iron Fist Casted for Netflix!
Marvel is stacking the chips as they have finally casted the lead to Iron Fist for the netflix adaptation! With Scott Buck portraying Marvel’s Iron Fist / Daniel Rand the fourth Marvel Studios in the impressive Netflix series, being the executive producer doesn’t hurt also. Marvel brass Jeph Loeb had this to say
“Scott came in with a take on Iron Fist that quite simply knocked us off our feet.
We always look for the most creative minds in the field to help us bring our heroes to life, and with Scott we’ve found someone that can deliver yet another great series in the ongoing story of The Defenders.”
With Scott Buck adding in:
“I’ve always been drawn to writing complex, intriguing characters. And that’s what most excites me about the opportunity to bring Danny Rand and Iron Fist to life with Marvel on Netflix.”
The Iron Fist series sees Daniel Rand returning to New York City after being missing for years. Which almost but hopefully doesn’t sound too much in line of DCs Arrow. Not that it would be a bad thing if it did.
With Iron Fist finally getting off the ground thIs sets up for the mini series the Defenders after the conclusion of the Luke Cage series in 2016 and Iron Fist. Which if fans do not know already is the team of Daredevil, Iron Fist, Jessica Jones, and Luke cage.
