I apologize for any misunderstanding my comments may have caused.”
Ross Goodman his attorney said that the UFC will now dismiss the lawsuit against them also the UFC decided not to say anything on the matter and that they will issue a comments on it later. This all stems from Wanderlei Silva evading an out of competition drug test prior to UFC 175 where he claimed it was illegal for them to test him at that time and also said that he did not believe the tester was a legitimate agent. This caused him to get issued a lifetime ban from the NSAC and ever since then Wanderlei Silva has railed against the UFC claiming everything from fight fixing to unfair treatment of their fighters.
