They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day when it comes to weight loss. I would have to agree. 

Eating breakfast on a daily basis can improve brain function along with your moods. Among those important attributes, it help reduce the cravings to binge eat. 

I am going to challenge you to eat a healthy breakfast every day for the month of February.
