How To Get Lean and Toned Arms
We are going to go through 5 exercises that is going to tighten and strengthen the arms adding definition to the whole body.
In this video we are going to do;
1. Push-ups
2. Planks
3. Mountain Climbers
4. Plank Jacks
5. Squat and Press
Workout Instructions:
-3 sets
-10 Reps or 30 second hold
-30 second break time between sets
2x a day, six days a week. Once in the morning and once at night.
