Swing A Kettlebell For Rapid Weight-loss
What is this odd looking, heavy weight that everyone is swinging around? In layman’s terms, it’s a weight with a handle that will jack-up your knee caps if you don’t take this indestructible piece of equipment seriously.
The kettlebell combines a perfect amount of post-satisfaction and pre-suck at the same time. This provides cardio on another level, building not only endurance but also strength that will rival any fitness guru’s training session.
Used for developing the strength in your hands for whatever reason, the added bonus is your stability muscles being worked alongside the major muscle groups to include both the legs and back.
If you were to compare a workout to the kettlebell swing, think of the burpee on steroids. With just one exercise being repeated, you can develop an insane amount of muscle in a short amount of time, losing a ton of fat in the process.
Any type of kettlebell exercise is not selfish. This means it’s not going to single out any one muscle. Be prepared for a full body workout focusing a lot of the effort on the quads, glutes, back, shoulders, and core. Depending on the workout, a lot more muscle groups follow. In less than 2 minutes of training, you’re burning calories faster than 2 rats banging each others back out in a wool sock in Thailand on a summer day…(was making sure you were paying attention)

I’m not saying the kettlebell is the only way to rapid weight-loss, but it’s definitely a way. It can be a great pre or post workout or anything in between. Either way you go, you will come out feeling sore and accomplished.
