I Can’t Stop Sweating

Spread the word

Summertime is here. People are sailing the winds, enjoying the beach, and sweating like crazy. If you are like me, you don’t have to sail or go to the beach to sweat and that can be annoying. Because of my perspiration, I am constantly changing clothes, sometimes wearing 3 outfits on the daily basis. To reduce the sweat factor, I’ve come up with 3 reasons why you might not be dry. Air conditioning not included.

Too Much Caffeine

Like most people, the best part of waking up is coffee in my cup. It gives me the boost of energy to start my day off right. It also keeps me from looking like a zombie at work. I drink multiple cups at times and that causes me to activate my sweat glands which is not a good look. To avoid ruining your morning brew, keep your caffeine intake low. The temperature alone is enough to kick start your sweat glands, so lets not add to it.

You’re On Drugs

We are a lot more active in the summertime. With all the events going on with things such as dates, family outings, or just extra activities, we are bound to come up on some type of injury or sickness. The medication you’re prescribed is possibly the culprit. If you find yourself sweating for no reason, consult with your physician to adjust your medication.

You’re Healthy

If you are really fit, your body likes to get hot and if it likes to get hot, it also wants to cool down as fast as possible. If you are watching my videos you may notice how wet I am (Whoa!). My body especially wants to avoid this heat by sweating profusely making the warm temperatures tolerable.

Sweating is caused by many things I didn’t mention. Public speaking, going on dates, or just being overweight may be one of the many causes of it. If you have a sweat attribute, list it in the comment section below.
