We’re Going Streaking This Holiday Season!

Spread the word

There I was, balls deep…whoa! Wrong story, we’re going streaking!

Now that I have your attention before you potentially get distracted with travel, parties, and/or the dreadful cold. As we’re inching towards the Fatidays, we are losing day light and the motivation to stay fit since we typically like to stay bundled up during this season.

To combat the “Bulking Season” lets do a challenge. #RWRunStreak

Going Streaking!

My title, “Lets Go Streaking This Holiday Season” may have alluded you a bit. I should have said lets go on a streak, or better yet, a run streak.

Going Streaking This Holiday Season

A New Challenge!

From Thanksgiving to New Years, your goal is to run/walk at least one mile a day! If you accomplish this task, you will have done a total of 32 miles! After you do the challenge, you can technically say you ran marathon.

This is your chance to start working towards your goals while at the same time starting your New Years off right.

You don’t have to do this alone either. Sign up or follow your friends at www.facebook.com/rwrunstreak to stay in the loop.

When you’re going streaking, spice it up! Getting people involved in this activity will help keep the motivation going strong. It can also help develop or even establish longing relationships. In your community, either at work or at home, you could form your own running group to knock out this streak with ease.

Share the love!

We all want to bring the New Years in right. Don’t hold this blog hostage! Share with your friends and family and motivate them to get in the best shape of their life. Commitment is key here. Don’t wait until the next year to start.

Question of the day!
