There are a ton of benefits to slimming up that will outweigh the bad. If your immune system is low, having a leaner body can help prevent sickness. Your metabolism will increase too, causing you to burn fat a lot faster because you are developing more muscle. Energy levels will sky rocket and you will feel like you are walking on clouds. Long story short, the benefits are endless but you won’t find out unless you put in some work.

How to develop Lean Body Mass

Focus on your 3 biggest muscle groups; chest, back, legs. From there, come up with one to two workouts you can perform from the 3 categories. Your workout should average 30 minutes or more. Train hard at least 3 days a week and throw in a little cardio between those days. Boom! You are well on your way to becoming a better happier you.
