If you’re a bored eater try starting your day with a complex breakfast. Give yourself the works with eggs, bacon, and fruit. Bored eaters are normally up at odd hours of the night. If possible, sleep 7/8 hours a night and fit 20 minutes of nap time in your day. Eat at the table and try not to eat alone. Bored eaters typically eat out of the bag, which also leads to overeating.
