Avengers: Infinity War. Can it get any better? SPOILERS ALERT

I didn’t think my mind could be overloaded with so much information until 27 April 2018. Avengers: Infinity War left me with so many cliffhangers to latch on too. Movies of this much epicness should not be produced….but I’m grateful it  happened

Before I went to the movies to see Avengers: Infinity War, I watched both Ragnarok and Black Panther that lead into this movie. Honestly, I watched all of them but that’s beside the point. The story picks up after Ragnarok. So many questions with so little answers are pretty much what was viewed. It would seem that all the Asgardians and supporting refugees where slaughtered by Thanos and his minions. Loki and Heimdall were among the slaughtered but we didn’t see the deaths of the fan favorites, Valkyrie and Korg. Where are they? Did they take a search pod to find inhabitable planets? I assume not since Thor insisted their next stop is Earth. So many questions.

Xandar couldn’t send a message

Xandar is a heavily guarded planet, housing the most destructive Infinity Stone(Gems), the Power Stone. There is no way the forces didn’t see Thanos huge ship approaching and if they did why didn’t they call the one responsible for saving them. The Guardians of the Galaxy should have been on speed dial don’t you think. The battle wasn’t depicted on the big screen but one can assume it was a swift death…or was it? So many questions.

Thanos is overpowered

It is clear that Thanos likes to play with his opposition and…bubbles? When fighting Ironman and his group, he had access to the Reality Stone. He almost lost the battle with the combined efforts of Star-lord, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Drax, Mantis, and Ironman. They literally had the Gauntlet in their possession. With the power of Reality Stone at his disposal, Thanos could have easily manhandled the heroes for an easy defeat but instead risked it all to show his might. Marvel and their cliffhangers I tell you.

I don’t know what to believe

A lot of the major heroes died. Just when you think the minority black superheroes are safe, they kill off their Neo, The Black Panther. I should have known he would have died first.  The question is, who will stay dead? There are some pretty big movies lined up which includes sequels and trilogies. Although most were killed by the Gems, some were downright destroyed by a good old fashion butt kicking. I just don’t see characters like Gamora and Vision getting up from their wounds. So many questions.

And the winner is….

Thanos clearly got what he wanted by sacrificing the love of his life for another love. Half the universe was wiped out with the snap of his fingers. He could continue to chill countryside but there is a part 2. How will the remaining heroes come back from an attack like that? How can they defend it? 

Beepers aren’t for drug dealers anymore

Nick Fury showed up in the movie unexpectantly. Just when you think all is saved, he gets wiped out along with Agent Hill. Before his dismissal, he grabs his two-way pager to hit up not only the weed man but Captain Marvel. My question is, how long did he have that pager. I’m assuming it was from the 90’s but there was an alien invasion happening in New York 6 years ago. He didn’t think to pull it out then? I’m just saying…So many questions.

In conclusion

All in all the movie was well put together considering all the cast members. It was actually so good I was mad. I was mad that they could make a movie with continuity to match. This takes place with over 18 movies! The Russo Brothers are number one right now. I will be attending this movie a couple more times just to see what Easter Eggs are lying dormant.
