Want your body to feel great during pregnancy? Of course you do! One of the best ways to keep not only your body but your mind well-balanced is to practice yoga on a daily basis. Pros in the First Trimester

  • -Increased Relaxation
  • -Reduce the risk of a miscarriage
  • -Less likely to be constipated

Pros in the Second Trimester

  • -You may feel like you was never pregnant

  • -You are better prepared for labor
  • -You will maintain most of your strength
  • -Less likely to gain a lot of weight
  • -Delivery may be easier

Post Baby

Yes you can still do yoga while preggo, you have to know your body’s limits and take it easy. I find opening up my back, chest and hips helps relax my mind and body. It also helps me bear through my contractions”. -Sunny W.
