My Opinion

Sometimes I wonder if that is the true definition? People bring harm to themselves every day but fail to recognize the people they hurt around them. Studies show that some victims think they are doing society a favor but fail to think about the person who finds them breathless. Friends, Mothers, Fathers, Siblings etc shouldn’t have to witness a selfish act that could have been prevented if they tried to get help. People There are resources available that can help you work through the pain. 

There is no doubt that life is hard. We all go through trials and tribulations and most people can overcome the obstacles life brings and others, unfortunately, did not have the opportunity. 

There are a lot of factors that can lead to suicide. We as people must learn to recognize the hardships and warning signs that could potentially lead to a self-destruct. Protect your loved ones by recognizing my top 5 warning signs. 

Top 5 Warning Signs

  1.  Talks about being a burden 
  2.  Talking about not being able to move forward with their life
  3.  Talk about all the weight of the world on their shoulders
  4.  Excessive drinking or drug usage 
  5.  Literally talking about wanting to kill themselves

Suicide Awareness

Life events tend to catch us by surprise and trigger suicidal thoughts. Many victims suffer from financial constraints, sexual abuse, or even a breakup. I can’t comprehend the things that go on and I know everyone doesn’t handle remorse the same. That’s why it’s important to keep communication with your loved ones or even be nice to a stranger. People matter and we never know what’s going on in someone’s head.  Refer to the warning signs to help prevent a tragic end.
