Have a cookie on me for National Cookie Day!

It’s the sweetest time of the year again! Come 4 December 2017, National Cookie Day will be in full effect making a dreadful Monday sweeter than usual.

If you are into fitness like myself, you probably take any sweet national food holiday as an excuse to veer off your nutritional plan. Well this year, let’s do it right by finding deals that will pump your blood full of sugar.

I don’t normally go to Whole Foods because they can be expensive AF! Now that they are with Amazon, it has become a little more reasonable. Being that the grocery store is right next door to my gym, I happened to walk across a sweet deal.  If for some odd reason you decide to walk by the delicious cookie bar, you will notice that the whole bar prices are cut in half! This could be an awesome treat for all the hard work you put in at the gym.

The food court won’t smell this good all year so hurry up and get this limited edition chewy gooey sweet treat that will give you the sugar rush you need to just crash and burn. Hey, if you’re going to destroy your diet, you might as well do it right before you get yourself back in motion for the sweat sesh.
