10 Ways to look younger
Sleep Naked!
Sleeping naked has been known to reduce stress and speed up your metabolism. Apparently sleeping naked can lowering your body’s temperature.
Go Skipping
Skipping actually burns 24% more calories than running according to some sources I can’t remember. Testing it out, I did feel like I was exerting a lot more energy skipping at the same speed of running. You are going to feel this workout in your glutes. So if you are trying to grow your butt, maybe you should start skipping.
Pack a Snack!
Grab a healthy treat on the go such as fruits, veggies, or whole grains. It will engage your metabolism when your stuck in limbo. It can definitely be boring foods out there, so you might have to dress it up a little bit. Check out my fellow Instagramer Chemese for details.
Add Some Color!
When was the last time you picked up a coloring book? Occasionally I find myself coloring at work or in my spare time. You should invest in some crayons and start coloring. It can reduce stress and improve your creativity.
Take a Nap!
Naps are the best thing ever! 20-30 minutes or shut eye is all you require to stay alert and on your A game. Rome wasn’t built in a day. Take a break because you may find yourself being more productive in your activities.
Let it out!
I don’t normally cry but when I do its the normally fat doing all the whining. All jokes aside crying removes toxins from your body. Letting it out will help you feel less sad or angry afterwards.
Play outside!
I love being outdoors. I meet tons of people this way. Playing outside is one of the best ways to connect with others and possibly build new relationships. Group activities such as this can jumpstarting problem solving abilities as well.
Train your mind!
My motto is 90% mental and 10% physical. If you’re finding the physical part easy, lets improve our brain activity. Brain games can improve your processing ability as you get older. If you have some recommendations, list them below.
Watch Cartoons!
Aside from working out, cartoons helps me release endorphins without the sweat. If don’t know one thing about endorphins, know that it releases stress. Cartoons also bring back uplifting and happy childhood memories. At least for me anyway.
Play Jokes!
Humor involves human interaction that can cause a huge reduction in tension and stress. Play practical jokes from time to time when appropriate. If you can avoid someone getting hurt in the process, thats a bigger plus. No mean jokes.
