Guess who was presenting at the 2018 Golden Globes? The one, the only, Halle Berry who is so so
fine, intertwined, but we ain’t sippin wine. Outcast had it right but i’d like to add a, “Not yet”, just in case it happens.

Watching this goddess on tv, makes it hard to believe she gave birth to not one but two kids. In regards to her fitness, this woman has it together. 2018 must make way for this beast that is going to run a rampage. On her instagram she will be presenting a fitness Friday. Her goal is to inspire all who wants to be better than yesterday.
Growing up as a gymnast, she may have had the upper hand in reference to her physique. Regardless of her yesteryears, it was ultimately consistent effort to stay healthy via nutrition and training. She has had a slew of trainers throughout her career but is coming for 2018 with a new approach. Halle Berry will incorporate boxing into her routine utilizing Super Trainer Nathen Mixon….I mean Peter Lee Thomas. This man is said to have changed her life for the better. Halle Berry’s fitness routine consist of body weight exercises and cardio. In fact, the only time she pick up weights is during her films. Normal workout sessions for her last around 30 minutes or so devoting about 3 sessions to her abs.
