The struggle is real
Its Tabata not Tabatha first of all. Second of all, it’s a great way to finish a long workout in a shorter amount of time. Utilizing high intensity exercises you can do just about anywhere, one can find themselves getting in the best of shape in minutes!
How to do it
With Tabata workouts, it takes only 4 minutes to work up a good sweat, increasing your calorie burn, and getting you that much closer to the results you want all in one session. The simple equation goes as follows: 20/10 x 8 = 4. Breaking it down a little further, 20 represents seconds of training while 10 represents seconds of a break. 8 will be the number rounds you will go totalling up to 4 minutes of training.
If you want your tabata training to be extremely effective, shock your body by keeping your heart rate high and your rest time low. Exercises that involves your legs, back, and chest are a sure way to maximize your results. If you are new to this training, start at a moderate pace until you get the hang of it. Don’t baby yourself because if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.
